One Down, Forty-Seven to Go


I just completed the first of forty-eight blocks for the new quilt. It's fun to see how the strips come together to make a pattern. The light squares on the corners will be what make the all-over design.

    How do you turn stips into little squares? I can't wait to see the design develop as you work on the quilt.

    When you sew strips together and then cut them cross-wise you get strips make up of little squares. Simple.
